Al Retaj international school is fully accredited from AdvancED.

The American School curriculum is based entirely on the US curriculum; however, Arabic, Religion, and Social Studies in Arabic classes are provided due to the Ministry of Education's requirements.
The school curriculum is aligned to the Common Core State Standards. These standards have been adopted, and adapted to suit the needs of universities both locally and abroad.
We acknowledge that excellence in education presupposes that technology is seamlessly integrated throughout the programs. Thus, we have integrated technology into the curriculum.
We understand the concern some parents may have regarding the SAT; thus, building a strong vocabulary, and mastering test taking skills are incorporated in the different syllabi. Moreover, at the American School, we stress on the need of identifying the different learning styles of each student.
